1. Soak lentils and wheat separately an hour prior to cooking. Put lentils, wheat, salt, and 2 tsp turmeric in a pot. When it comes to boil, cover with lid to tenderize.
2. Keep removing froth. In a separate pot heat oil and fry onions until transparent. Add ginger/garlic and meat. Fry meat until gravy dries. Add tomatoes, green chilies, red chilies, 1 tsp turmeric, and stir well.
3. Add salt, hot spices, and 4 cup water and cook for a few minutes. Add 2 cups water; cover with the lid and cook until meat becomes tender. Add cumin powder and coriander and finally add fresh coriander. Remove meat from the gravy and separate the bones. When lentils are thoroughly boiled, lower flame and grind them with a hand grinder.
